Scott has spent much of his 19 year career in real estate on marketing, business development, and finance. Prior to joining the Agent International team, Kate trained and managed a successful team of Transaction Coordinators. She has since ventured on her own to exercise her entrepreneurial prowess by starting her own company, Seamless Transactions. With 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kate’s acute attention to detail and her unparalleled knowledge of the “technical” aspects of the real estate process makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Not only does she make sure we dot all of our “I’s” and cross all of our “T’s”, she also identifies and generally solves problems before anyone even knows there is a problem. Kate enters the picture when our clients are in escrow as she manages all of the paperwork and contractual documents.
